Let's start with the Guard pods floating around Borgan. One of them is creating a shield which blocks one attack.

Pod Attack
The next pod will attack by hitting one fighter in the party (not so hard).

Healing Borgan
Nasty healing after each round. Maybe the fight wont last this long if you eliminate this pod first!

Stick Kick
Hit me with the ribbon stick. Even Borgan seems to love this song.

Only critical if the hit person has low HP.

Earth Magic
From time to time Borgan uses some of his powers to perform some magic. All within range will get hit.

Magic Stealer
No physical but psychical attack.

Borgan steals some magic points from a party member (normally Lemina or Lucia).

Gravity Bomb
Borgan's nastiest trick is the Gravity Bomb.

Use White Dragon Protect or Magic Shield to avoid laying flat on the ground in this round (I'm trying to rhyme again).
