You will meet Priest Slade in Thames village. All village people are held as prisoners by the Iom forces. Slade is a bit uneasy first to join the Shining Force but then he understands that combining their forces is much better than trying to face the Iom empire all alone. Slade can be promoted to the Vicar class.
