This town is hidden on the Palmanian ocean and can be found only if you have the Hovercraft in your inventory. Two important items must be obtained here. The item shop offers the MOTAVIAN RING which will come in handy once you talk to Motavian natives. The second item is the famous GASMASK which cannot be bought in a normal shop!
